Cancellation Policy

 TERMS & CONDITIONS   - A non-refundable and non-transferable booking fee of 50% is required to secure all bookings.
   - If cancellation occurs, the booking fee may be withheld or forfeited.
   - You may reschedule your appointment with 72 hours or more notice without incurring a new booking fee. 
    - You may be required to pay a new booking fee if you cancel and reschedule your appointment with less than 72 hours' notice.
   - If you do not show or you cancel on the day, you will be charged the full-service amount.
 - If you are feeling unwell, have any Covid-19 symptoms or have been a close contact please cancel or reschedule your appointment.
 - Travel charges apply to all mobile bookings (calculated from Mentone 3194).
   - If a location requires parking/valet charges, this is to be covered by the client. - All bridal bookings require a $200 non-refundable/non-transferable booking fee to secure your date. This will come off your final invoice. 
   - If you cancel your bridal booking at any time, the $200 booking fee is not refundable/non-transferable.
   - By paying the booking fee, you hereby declare that you have read, understood, accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions stated above.
