• All prices listed are inclusive of GST.

 

 

• Travel charges apply to all mobile bookings (calculated from Mentone 3194).

 

 

• Option to come to Kate's home studio in Mentone is available to ensure no travel charges are incurred.

 

 

• If a location requires parking/valet charges, this is to be covered by the client.

 

 

• A non-refundable and non-transferable booking fee is required to secure all bookings.

 

 

• If cancellation occurs, the booking fee may be withheld or forfeited.

 

 

• You may reschedule your appointment with 72hours or more notice without incurring a new booking fee. 

 

 

• You may be required to pay a new booking fee if you cancel and reschedule your appointment with less than 72 hours notice.

 

 

• If you do not show or you cancel on the day, you will be charged the full-service amount.

 

 

• All bridal bookings require a $200 non-refundable/non-transferable booking fee to secure your date. This will come off your final invoice. 

 

 

• If you cancel your bridal booking at any time, the $200 booking fee is not refundable/non-transferable.

 

 

• By paying the booking fee, you hereby declare that you have read, understood, accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions stated above.
